Dreams

A dream I had one day in June
Half beating hearts decline
Basking delicately in the warmth of noon
Clouds formed on an assembly line
Grassy green pillows carry our bodies
Over pockets of gusting dew
Taking over our time like games or hobbies
Floating aimlessly beyond the few
Over hills, over valleys, we drift so light
Like leaves in a cooling wind
We reach the end of this spring delight
Back to the start to ride again.

Isn't love beautiful?

A story of a man who wants so badly to get away from his wife he is willing to go to any lengths. Read the story below. Makes those married folks wonder about themselves, no? What would you do to get away from someone who is overbearing? Or the 1,000,000 dollar question is: What would you do for a Klondike Bar?

Looking Back

This poem (if you can call it that) was written for the days once shared by friends. Those days so lost, it hurts. Nothing special as you will soon read, mostly just me putting words together trying to make sense of it all. Enjoy!!

Slamming the door abruptly in the face
Closing all remnants of what once was there
Crushing all the shadows of the past
Aged events forever lost
Forecasts of futures nowhere in sight
Dreams and hopes forever wain
Bringing nothing to the heart
Holding no one in their grasp
Going back and forth through particles
Of a past lost in the annals of time
Shuttering at the thought of pressing
Shrinking at the thought of pleading
Paralyzed by the notion of knocking
Firm feet placed against the iron door
Blocking all who dares to trodden it
Holding out those not included
Problems burrowed deep inside
Admitting no one with a penchant for life
Tight lipped and loose buckled
Sharing the hopelessness with one another
I guess you can, really, never go home again.

Star Wars Wedding

Because you know you always wanted to have one of these. Don't deny it! To bad that Chewbacca wasn't invited, however. No one seems to like a man in fur. The link to the rest of the pictures is below:
